It costs nothing to join the Synthroid Delivers Program. All you need is a prescription for Synthroid. Once you enroll, the cost of your medication will depend on the number of tablets for each prescription. You’ll pay:

• $29.50 for 30 tablets
• $54 for 60 tablets (save $5)
• $75 for 90 tablets (save $13.50)

You'll receive free standard shipping with every order. And if you enroll in automatic refills, the Synthroid Delivers Program will make sure each refill arrives on time, so you never run out of medicine. If you order a refill manually, you will still get free standard shipping. You can expedite your order for an additional cost (expedited shipping not available to PO boxes):

You can pay for your Synthroid using any major credit or debit card, with an FSA/HSA card, or by entering your card information using Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also save your payment information for a faster checkout on future refills.

No. Because your medication comes directly from the manufacturer of Synthroid, it doesn’t go through your insurance. But if you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you can set your FSA/HSA card as your default payment method.

No. Because your medication comes directly from the manufacturer of Synthroid, it doesn’t go through your insurance. Orders may not be submitted for reimbursement for any state or federally funded program, such as Medicare or Medicaid, and are not eligible to be applied to the Medicare Part D true out-of-pocket (TrOOP) costs.

Yes. You can use your FSA/HSA card to pay for your Synthroid. You can also set it as your default payment method in your profile.

The Synthroid Delivers Program will also provide you with a receipt for each order that you can submit to your FSA/HSA, if necessary.

As a Medicare Part D Plan participant who participates in the Synthroid Delivers Program, you (i) will not be able to apply any payments you make under the Program against true out of pocket (TrOOP) costs under your Medicare Part D Plan, and (ii) are obligated to provide notice to your Medicare Part D Plan of your participation in the Program. A simple form of Notice for you to complete and send to your Medicare Part D Plan is here. Also, if you are turning 65 years old in a given calendar year, you will receive a notification from the Program asking you if you are covered by a Medicare Part D Plan and informing you of the Program terms, including providing Notice to your Medicare Part D Plan, that apply to you.

Eligibility: Available to patients in the United States with a prescription for brand-name SYNTHROID who meet eligibility criteria. Program is a cash-only program administered by Eagle Pharmacy LLC on behalf of AbbVie Inc. The Program offers brand-name SYNTHROID only at a price of $29.50 for a standard 30-day prescription (30 tablets), $54.00 for a standard 60-day prescription (60 tablets), or $75 for a standard 90-day prescription (90 tablets). Cost is based on the number of tablets per dose. The actual price and quantity of tablets in your order will be based and limited to the quantity specified in your prescription. By enrolling, you: (1) are expressing your choice to receive brand-name SYNTHROID and authorize the Program to fill your prescription without using any of your insurance benefits, even though a less expensive generic may be available to you or you could use your insurance to obtain SYNTHROID at another pharmacy that may be at a lower out-of-pocket cost; (2) agree to not apply the cost you pay under the Program toward any insurance benefit or seek reimbursement for the cost from your insurer; (3) agree that the payments you make under the Program cannot be applied to true out of pocket (TrOOP) costs if you have insurance through Medicare (including Part D), or any other applicable federal, state or government-funded insurance program; (4) agree that, if you participate in a Medicare Part D Plan, you will provide notice to your Plan that you are participating in the Program; and (5) understand that the information you provide will be used by Eagle Pharmacy LLC to contact you by mail, e-mail, phone or text with helpful information about your condition, SYNTHROID, product orders, refill reminders, and to mail your SYNTHROID prescription directly to you. You understand that, at any time, you can opt-out of the Program, talk to your doctor about whether to take a generic drug instead and/or request that a different pharmacy fill your prescription. Patients residing in or receiving treatment in certain states may not be eligible and offer is void where prohibited by law. Program subject to change or discontinuance without notice. This is not health insurance.

You have the option to have refills automatically billed and shipped to you. You can select your preference during enrollment. You can check and change your automatic refill status for each prescription on the prescriptions page.

All orders will be dispensed according to your doctor’s instructions unless otherwise specified. You can request a lesser quantity for an upcoming refill from the orders page.

The Synthroid Delivers Program will notify you when it’s time to order your next refill. And if you choose automatic refills, your next refill will be shipped to arrive before you run out of your previous order. If you're not using auto-refill, a notification will be sent to confirm shipment. If confirmation is delayed, shipment will be delayed.
